  Worst service ever, dude sat on phone texting for 5 moves l minutes while I waited, created the worst piece of garbage 12.99 for complete garbage. The young lady offered to make me another after seeing the crap the guy made but I was there so long I couldn't wait.. I will neve step for in that dump again.. all the veggies were gross.

  I always place my order on the app. This is the second time the dude with the mask made my order wrong and he gave my dry bread. It’s very frustrating

  I usually don’t eat Subway. I prefer Jimmy John’s or Jersey Mike’s subs, but I was picking up a sandwich for someone who specifically wanted a tuna sub from Subway and that one was in the area, walked in, ordered the tuna sub, and guy walked out from the back of the shop with headphones and a hoodie on I ordered, and by the time he slid my sandwich down to the condiments area I see what I thought was sauce on the outside of the counter, but I realize when I saw it moving I literally saw a roach crawling on the counter near the salt and pepper shakers. I told the guy behind the counter. He acted like he didn’t understand what I was saying, and I said what is that crawling as I stepped back pointing at it and he picked up all three of the seasoned shakers and the roach was still crawling on the salt and pepper shaker. He flicked it off. I almost threw up on the counter. I left my sandwich there while he was still making it and walked out. I was totally disgusted.🤢

  The two men working today on 1st shift on 12/16/2025 were meticulous and slow in making their sandwiches which i really liked to see....they didn't slop it on but did it carefully like sandwich artists the way Subway used to do it...there just are not many people employed anymore who care to do it the old way...management sucks these days...but these guys gave me hope in fast food again...cause in general most suck these days and give u really low quality food and presentation...these guys today made it a show to watch...i enjoyed watching them make it...amazing. They need a raise! They were not the friendliest but they did their job.

  People in there got attitudes very rude to customers. I did an online order before My sandwich was so disgusting when I received it mushy soggy top of the bread was burnt the sandwich just look disgusting. I really don’t see how they’re still open. They need to go under new management or something.
