  Highly disappointed thought I'd give them another try after having my pizza stole the previous day. Spent $30 on pizza that was made sloppy (All the ingredients were placed in the middle of the pizza) Waiting on my pizza i had to witness employees fondeling each other while making food just not a good experience especially for tbe location.

  I got bounced around a call center three times waiting for an order scheduled days in advance. All I wanted to know was if the pizza was going to show up. It did not. Is a call center who has no idea what's going on at the store necessary at this little location? This was during operating hours. The 216 number should go directly to the store first.

  Order medium cheese pizza and large pepperoni both thin crust. Time 3:50 pm. Called at called at 5:08pm 4 times no answer. At the delivery person never called never knocked. At 6:45 my niece came over my pizzas was left on the porch in the snow frozen cold. January 30, 2026. I will never use them again. They get a zero from me.

  I wish I could give them zero Stars they messed up my delivery and then wouldn't give me a refund talking about I can only get store credit and they couldn't have the same delivery person actually deliver my correct order they need better management over there. She going to say That's Just Pizza Hut for you no that's not how it works

  Terrible service. Didn't get food because it took so long. Orders were backed up. Only two workers in the store and cashier was completely confused. Areas were not clean. Shameful. There was a lobby full of people waiting to pickup orders. A supervisor is needed to make sure orders flow timely. Just terrible!!
