  I cannot stress enough the need to avoid this Chipotle location. I placed an order for two burrito bowls for pickup at 7pm. I made a grave error in selecting the “pickup lane” option as when I arrived there were almost 15 cars in line waiting for their orders. The parking lot was a mess as people trying to leave had to navigate around the exceedingly long line. I did not pick up my food until 8:40pm. Over. An. Hour. And. A. Half. Later. If I had been with someone I would have had them go in to just pick up my order that way (which was ready at 8pm), but because i was alone, and unable to navigate around the full parking lot, I was just stuck waiting for another 40 minutes. They probably attended to the car at the window every 10-15 minutes. I was able to call the Chipotle customer service line to get a refund on my order BEFORE I even made it to the front of the line to pick up my cold burrito bowls. The person at the window didn’t say a word when they opened the window, just stared at me blankly. I gave my name and was wordlessly handed my order. No apology, no nothing. If you want to protect your sanity and stability, please pick anywhere else to eat.

  Slowest Chipotle of all time. Waiting for one hour now for a burrito bowl. Bravo.

  Food is good whenever I do go here, but last time I was there they locked the doors and put up signs saying online only due to short staff and I can see employees walking around inside with drink cups and sitting at tables

  Very rude manager placed order online for a second day in a row the bowl was open inside bag showers manager at the window he asked me did I want a refund I asked for my bowl to be remade he closed and slammed the window and told me have a good night , I parked went inside and asked for refund did not offer refund and told his stay not to remake my bowl , mean while staff was laughing and cracking jokes , thing escapees and the police was called to the scene, even offered to buy another bowl for my child to replace the one that was open and wasn’t serviced just nasty and rude and very disgusting work place . Manager needs to be fired and the working staff needs to be replaced. Bowl was open and inside bag was dirty bottom of bag was dirty as if my food was touched and never touched for a 8 year old child in pick up window , let alone made order to be ready at 8:20 ok and we sat until almost 9 waiting for bowl.
