It honestly felt like I was bothering her just for ordering food. I’ve never seen someone act like this in customer service. Management really needs to address this.

The staff was so deeply entrenched in their own gossip that I had to repeat my order five separate times. Each attempt to speak was met with an eye roll or a mid-sentence turn back to their coworkers. It’s rare to find service this combination of rude, inattentive, and blatantly unprofessional. Don't waste your breath or your money—literally any other sandwich shop will actually listen the first time.
