I called to let the manager know that they messed it up and I had to come back to the store in order for them to fix it. Luckily i live close. The manager was a female. When she came up to me and asked me how she could help me I said i spoke to the manager. Her response was thats me. No smile or anything. She came across with an attitude also. Also, I thought according to Medina health codes you are not to take food across a counter after it was given to a customer. I live right around the corner from them and have spent a lot of money here. This experience is making me rethink how much business i give them. The customer service really needs some attention.
