  I'm standing at the counter waiting for someone to take my order and I'm the only one standing there and one of the girls wips out her phone and starts bull shitting about some stupid shit on her phone..they looked right at me never said just a moment or anything..I left without ordering anything..screw this arbys

  Went to this establishment and waited in line at the drive thru for 4 minutes, one car in front of me. Finally had to back up, walk in, only to find ALL the workers except the cook, standing around talking. Girl that waited on me gave me nothing but attitude and when I asked if the drive thru was open because we had been waiting with no help, the girl SCREAMED from behind a wall, "AND IT WASNT 5 MINUTES"...and since I was literally the only customer in the building I asked if whoever said that was talking to me...the girl wouldn't show her face to me. She hid behind the wall but was definitely the one running drive thru. Manager was a young guy that had literally nothing to say. When I was contacted by whom I assume is general manager over this particular store reaches out to me and assures me I would receive coupons or something to that effect and profusely apologized for their behavior and still have yet to get anything from them. Poor management poor customer service and will not go back
