    Always hits the spot! Honestly, you can't go wrong here. The steak is perfectly seasoned, and that melted provolone is the real deal. I’m a huge fan of the strawberry lemonade, too—it’s the perfect combo. It’s my go-to spot whenever I’m craving something filling and fast.

    If you order doordash to them, their system will automatically accept it, making it impossible to back out. But the workers are too stupid to know to click "ready" when they're done so your food will just sit there getting cold until a doordasher happens to go check it. It will automatically up the time your food "should be" done by, too, every time it gets close to the previous promise time. Making it less likely someone will pick it up. If you're going to order from here make sure it's in person otherwise it's just peak stupidity. [had this happen both when I self picked up & when I did typical delivery, and it's never been fixed. No reason I should be waiting over an hour for one sandwhich because of y'all's incapability. [to be clear, i love charleys and this location is actually pretty nice. this one thing just entirely ruins it, though.]

    Very clean establishment. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. The employees were nice and helpful. The only negative was some movie on the tv showing a rooster fight - not what I want to see while eating my food.
