  The food was terrible..They changed menu and raised prices that are ridiculous..I had 12.96 coming back waitress gives me 12.00 I ask for my change and she said we dont have change..BS so I gave her that much less in a tip.We will not return to that place.Texas Road house is much better and cheaper and so is longhorn

  Front desk girl was totally rude wouldn't even look up and greet us when we walked in. Then showed us to the table and left . Not a Hello or a kind word nothing.... Kinda left a sour taste in my mouth...... First impression are everything

  We walked in as the greeter wouldnt even look up us..by the time she did...had the attitude...(That she obviously hates her job)...and mine you..place was dead...I travel for work and have NEVER got bad food or service from Outback...We sat at the table the second..and said lets just leave...As we were leaving..i think it might of been a server...I told her we were not staying...Now she on the other hand was very polite and asked why...I told her maybe ..if imy first impression wasnt bad ...i would of stayed...but your greater definitely wasnt Miss Congeniality.... Aa a matter fact rude..to a fault...So we drove down the road to Lonestar...So very attentive and friendly and it waa busy...No wonder it was dead there...I feel bad for the severs that work there trying to make money...But that greeter had a lot to be desired...The only thing I left with was a bad taste in mouth...

  I went there with my friend to eat tonight for my birthday. We both ordered the ribeye and shrimp. They brought out the entrees just a few minutes after the appetizers. We felt rushed. The Mac and cheese was cold. We ordered the ribeye medium rare. It was nearly raw. Rarer than rare. They forgot the sauteed onions. Charged us extra for a spoonful of garlic butter. For the sky high prices that they charge, the food should at least be cooked right. Rip off.

  1 hour until we got our food I don’t know how they have all those stars food is not good at all never again it’s nasty
