  I used to eat at McDonald's on the regular using the McDonald's app. I acquired a lot of rewards points just to lose access to My account. I feel deceived. I am not happy about it, and think the app is fraudulent.

  We order a shamrock shake it was kind of liquidity the burger was king of dry the fries were cold the chicken nuggets were a bit to crunchy the workers that took our order said that they didn't pay for the order even though we had the change from it they just kept sitting there not knowing what was going on they left just starring at the screen for 15 minutes it took them 30 minutes to found out was happening with the system

  Pretty sad the manager there doesn't even realize how horrible she is! The reason the food is always cold is because you allow your employees to not keep it on the warmer they bag it and put it to the side of the warmer... make it make sense.... the sad part is she don't even remember being disrespectful to me a month prior...

  We were asked to pull up and wait over 15 minutes for a very small order of two McDoubles, two fries, and a 4-piece nugget. When the food was given to us we were missing one burger and one fry. I went inside to get the rest of the order, and the burger I was given was covered in a brown, wet liquid. I returned it immediately to be remade. The store was filled with employees and was not busy at the time. I don’t understand how such a simple order took over 30 minutes and was still wrong and poorly handled. Very frustrating experience.
