I placed an order for delivery however it kicked to pick up for whatever reason, I called to see if I could change it and the woman who answered was super polite however they explained nothing could be changed, the gentleman who is the manager (maybe even the owner) explained to her that he would bring it to me. I was NOT expecting that at all. Seeing that I was at work and could not leave and they did this.... they went out of their way for me! This was amazing to me. I haven't always had the greatest of luck here however since they have a new manager I believe he is making a huge difference.
