Refused to help and acted shitty despite being polite and just trying to ask the to remake the food that we spent 30$ on. If I brought multiple proofs of getting none of my food and even a picture of not getting it delivered, why would I need to bring the bag of food. WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE IF I BRING YOU A BAG WOTH ONE TACO??? I bet they would have accused me of taking out the other food to get it for free. I’m writing this review for my roommate who I live with who was kind enough to order us dinner and we got NOTHING. This is why yall have terrible reviews because you have staff who couldn’t be bothered. I work in a resort where if a customer was clearly trying to show you proof of something wrong they would atleast try and help fix it. Thanks for nothing
