Not the mention they didn’t acknowledge any customer that came in; not a hello, we’ll be right with you, nothing. The whole time I was waiting, the phone was ringing, and not one member of staff could be bothered to pick it up. Yes they had business but not enough to not ignore the phone or people in the lobby the way they were.
