  They have mint seasonally. I'm not fond of that since mint is my favorite.

  Had a few minutes to spare so I stopped in for a French Vanilla cappuccino. Well one machine was broken then the young lady tried the other. Yup it wasn't working either. After almost 10 minutes I just left without my cappuccino seemed they needed the money to fix their equipment. This place is about as reliable as the milkshake machine at McDonald's. Won't go back

  Service was slow. I did an order through the app for drive thru pick up and still waited at the window after 5 cars went. Also ordered a latte and got coffee.

  Dunkin Don't. Walked in with two friends. Completely invisible. Stood there for 5 minutes with no words offered. Not even eye contact. Employee prioritized gossiping with off-duty friend right next to us like we're potted plants. Kid emerges from back. Finally. "I'm just a baker, someone will be with you shortly." Plot twist: No one was. Even though three other employees within spitting distance. He walks back, grabs a donut off the rack, and eats it in full view of us. Absolute legend. Worker finally approaches: "Alright what can I get for you?" We start saying our order and she's not even talking to us. Drive through stole her heart. Eventually score our black coffees. They slap them on the far counter without saying anything... "are these ours???" 5+ minutes for a black coffee that tastes like my uncles ash tray. Final test, we leave to walk out and turn and say "goodbye have a good day" Cashier raises hand without looking up—the most human interaction we got. Thank you dunkin donuts for the reminder of how important human connection is.

  Not only one time did they not have hot coffee the entire day... It actually happened twice in 6 weeks. Dunkin' donuts with no hot coffee. Apparently they kept their doors open those two days because they could offer iced coffee and they justified it justly. One of the top 5% worse dunkin' donuts east of the Mississippi.
