  I ordered from this location for the first time. I usually order from the Port Clinton store or the one on Perkins, but I decided to give the Milan location a try. I scheduled my order for a 7:00 PM pickup. However, when I went to send my girlfriend the electronic receipt, I noticed it said the order was placed for 4:00 PM instead. I immediately called the store to explain the issue, hoping they could help resolve it. I was told there was nothing they could do, that it was my mistake, and that I would need to place and pay for an entirely new order. And the guy giving my order to my wife was very rude “here’s your 3 hour pizza” in front of everyone! Very disappointing first experience. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of effort to help fix the situation is what stood out the most.

  Don’t order in the mornings because the girl who opens can’t cook pizza worth beans. Can’t get over how when dominos started the whole “quality check” gimmick the service got worst. Also the new commercials are hyper-cringe.

  Came from out of town, ordered a pizza, took them over an hour to call and let us know they are canceling our order. No option to pick up, nothing. Could have let us know before, were sitting here waiting for over an hour, starving. We could have had other food by now. I would not ever order from this dominos again.

  Well after an hour and 20 minutes of wait8ng for an order we received a call stating we would not be receiving our food. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but the 1.2 hours it took for the store to contact us most other food spots are closed thanks again 👍 looks like it will be gas station hot dogs. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINO'S.

  My food was late and the delivery person couldn’t even bring the food to my door as I’m trying to get my kids into bed before school I had to go track down my food to the front of the building. Then my food was cold.
