    Absolutely unacceptable experience. I would give 0 stars if that was an option! I ordered food from this Arby’s and was given a raw chicken breast. Not undercooked but raw. That’s a serious health risk and completely inexcusable. When I brought it to the attention of the “manager,” they were not friendly, not very helpful, asked what I wanted her to do “these things happen” and clearly didn’t care. No real apology, no urgency, and no attempt to make things right in a meaningful way. Instead, my time was wasted, my gas was wasted driving back, and I left with no meal at all. Yes she gave me my $7.99 back but what if I wouldn’t have cut the sandwich in half to find this? Between the food safety issue and the poor management response, this place has completely lost my trust. If basic food safety and customer service aren’t priorities here, I won’t be returning and I’d seriously caution others before eating at this location.
