  I stopped there to put air in my tire. The air pump worked fine..and it wasnt exspensive either

  I had a large donut hole order. I picked up at 7:30 am. They were very busy, yet extremely organized. Also, this store is extremely clean. All the employees are super nice, especially the lady that took my order the day before. Love this dunkin !! 10/10

  I got two drinks at the drivethrough and a donut. I waited around 12 minutes at the empty drive through to pay and get my order. In which time, I was solicited for money by someone walking around the building. After struggling to pull back onto the road through the heavy traffic, i found that my caramel machiato tasted like an old pot of burnt coffee that was watered down with some milk. I've never been so disappointed with a trip to Dunkin'. I could have gotten better coffee at half the price and a quarter of the time at any given gas station in the area.

  So slow. Prepare to wait 15-20 minutes in the drive thru even if theres only 2 people ahead of you. There’s a 50/50 chance you’ll get what you ordered. Recently pulled up and they tried to give me someone else’s order which was 3x what I was expecting to pay, when I said that I just wanted to my coffee the employee got rude with me. Then handed a drink with cold foam all over the top of the lid (I didn’t order cold foam), smeared it with a napkin and said sorry. This was after waiting an extra 5 mins after I paid because they saw someone they knew up front and disappeared from the window.

  2 days ago Ebony is by far the worst manager . Bad attitude very rude . She didn't get my order right and still tried making me pay for it even tho I was asking her to make it the way I asked . . In the end she said "Hell naw" walked away and came back with another coffee least I think it was a different coffee I just took it and was afraid she spit in it . . So I didn't drink it . But still paid for it . . Then today not sure who was working . . But I pulled up with 8 mins to spare . They turned lights off and refused to even acknowledge me sitting there in the drive thru . . I come here multiple times a day . I spend lot money here . . I love my coffee from here . But your workers need retrained . . And they need better attitudes if they gonna work in customer service. . Last few times definitely zero Stars from me
