    I only enjoy wings one way. Traditional, extra crispy, flats only in wild sauce. My wife calls in the order, you can't request extra crispy online. When she arrives at the restaurant our order hasn't even been put in. The manager "handled it" saying she took the order and got distracted. My wife asked her if she needed to repeat the order and the manager assured her she remembered the order. I received breaded wings, with 5 drummies. The manager did bring the order out to my wife's car, so theres that.

    This place has terrible service. It takes forever for someone to acknowledge you. It took forever to get drinks. We gave them another chance but happened both times. We won’t be returning.

    We sat for 30 minutes before even getting a menu which you’d think the hostess should bring while sitting customers, she didn’t. Probably another 20 to have our order taken for sodas. There were at least 4 servers working, the left side of the restaurant was closed not being used for seating so it was only the main area from the front of the building to the bar, and only 1 poor woman was working the entire front with a party of at least 20 and 6 tables sat around that. The manager kept disappearing and nobody, not a soul would come and help even noticing the stress on not only the server but the customers in the front of the restaurant. New customers were standing at the door with no one to greet them, sitting customers were walking out. The lady who served us was at no fault she can only do so much, after waiting literally 2 hrs to finally receive food, it was entirely cold. My son ate his burger and that was it. My wings were cold, my wife’s sampler was cold, nothing about this visit was pleasing and in this experience I’d think without an extreme flip in management and fair systems of operations there’s nothing good to come from this location. When we received our check I asked to speak with a manager, again, another 30 minute wait until the server comes again and asks if she’s came over yet, we say no, she responds saying that she went out back to tell her that we wanted to speak with her and she couldn’t be more sorry for how our visit went that she was so overwhelmed and couldn’t keep up (understandably, she was over sat). We also noticed things along the way to support her statements and were fully understanding of her situation and just needed to speak with the manager to explain why we would not pay the bill in full, because we did not eat any of the cold food that we waited 2+ hrs for. It wasn’t the wait that was upsetting it was the environment of 0 teamwork to make customers happy, 0 efforts in being timely, and the cold food after the long wait. Let’s be honest if you wait that long for a meal the least you can expect is for it to be fresh and delivered with an apology from a manager with some sort of offering but that wasn’t even a thought for most of these employees that seemed to be the supervisors walking around doing nothing, and disappearing with a full floor and people waiting. I don’t know the name of our middle aged blonde server, as I left the receipt on the table, but I gave her money for her own pocket and walked away after finding out I was waiting on a smoke break, praying that she finds somewhere better to be. Was I to wait another who knows how long with my kids 5 and 1 for the manager to finish doing who knows what with the guy out back ( yes, her and the guy disappeared together, every single time multiple times). Returning smelling like you know what which is typical to be used in the food industry, but not if it’s going to obstruct the functionality of the establishment or put customers to the side. Sad establishment that needs a major turn around or to be shut down no question about it. Environment-0 Food-0 Service- Only because I feel terrible for our server, I’ll give you a 1 here.

    Ordered delivery off of YOUR website/app. It never showed up. "Manager" Alexis tells me they don't offer delivery. Told her to look at their own website. I was told there was nothing she can do about it because their employees don't deliver. I do not care who you use, whether door dash employees or someone else. It is YOUR business that offered delivery, your business that I signed into BWW app/account and ordered from and your business that charged me. YOUR business needs to deal with their customers. Not a delivery driver. Glad my $40 means more to your business than a happy customer. DON'T ORDER ONLINE!! Customer service does nothing but say they'll get back to me. It's been three weeks of the same response. What a joke.

    I scheduled an order that ended up running late due to a power outage — totally out of their control. The manager came out personally, was incredibly apologetic, and you could tell she was genuinely stressed about the situation. Honestly, it was super refreshing to see someone that passionate and accountable about providing great service. The food came out hot, fresh, and some of the best BDubs I’ve ever had. Situations like this reveal a lot about a place. I’ll definitely be back.
