- MAMichelle AllieFeb 18, 20261.0I visited on February 18 around 2:30 PM and questioned the price of my order because it seemed high for just a value meal. The employee at the counter insisted it was correct and told me to check the receipt myself. After leaving and reviewing it later, I realized I had been charged for a value meal plus a Chicken Bacon Ranch sub that I did not order. Mistakes happen, but the dismissive and snarky attitude when I tried to clarify was disappointing. I hope management can address the customer service experience so it does not happen to others.

- SMshelby MetzgarOct 17, 20251.0Eat here all the time, usually oder in store and watching them make it.... however this time I ordered online because it was already 8 oclock. that way they weren't wating on us late. I ordered 2 steak and cheese with extra meat, both are literally barely half the amount of a regular serving of meat, the one had none of the peppers and veggies we ordered and the bread is a half size of normal. The other the bread is completely inedible. Tried to call and guess what, NO ANSWER! I will be going there tomorrow morning for a full refund. Wish I could a add the photos I took for you to see because you would be just as enraged! 30 bucks and a tip for a sub that wont even fill up my 3 year old.
