Came by today, 02/18/26 1:25:PM , for my first fish sandwich. Ordered inside to go. Counter person said it would be a few minutes to cook them, I order two. They were ready as soon as I filled my drinks. We sat in the parking lot to eat them. Really dry and almost cold, crunchy. I should have just took them straight back in, but that doesn't always go well. I will not return. When the Wendy's fish sandwich bug hits me I'll just have to find another Wendy's. Pretty sad.

From my experience, this place often seems understaffed, and the staff doesn’t always appear to be treated well by management. Orders are usually accurate, and any issues are resolved quickly. I personally avoid this business because I don’t like seeing staff treated poorly, which might also explain why they’re frequently short-handed.

I have had two bad experiences at the salem location in the past two weeks . The first time they told me they could not make change for a $50 on a $30 order .
Last night I went through the drive through was told to pull ahead and wait for my order . After a 15 minute wait I received a bag of cold fries and rock hard cold sandwiches.
Staff was rude and I demanded my money back after chastising them for poor service and customer treatment. This location is vary poorly managed after reading other online complaints.
Wendys corporate needs to take action and correct issues at this location.
