She said to wait, then asks what I wanted after waiting, I then said again that I have a code, she then sounded confused and asked again what I wanted?? I said I have a code for the third time, and then asked again what I wanted!! She then proceeded to start laughing hysterically through the speaker the whole time, joking around with coworkers through the speaker. Terrible, and extremely unprofessional customer service experience. This particular McDonald’s needs its management 100% looked into. Also not to mention the terrible quality speakers the drive thru has.
