Is this place really serious? Like they think its cool to wait 45 minutes for a coffee? We had like an hour between 2 games we had to be at at the community center so ran here real quick for a coffee and almost didn't make it back in time. The line moves ridiculously slow, like 1 car every 5 minutes actually gets their order. And all they sell is drinks! How is that even possible? Is there 1 person in there making drinks? Having 2 people standing out in the rain taking people's orders helps nothing and just shows even more they people running this location dont even understand the issue. Taking everyones order in the line does not speed up anything if the bottle neck is how fast the window is actually cranking out drinks. The 2 people taking orders outside would make a MUCH bigger impact if they were inside helping make drinks or something. All I know is this needs to change dramatically or you are going to be quickly put out of business by Starbucks across the street.
I have came here every day since they have opened and it is usually in the morning/ early afternoon. I’ve now gone 2 times in the evening and I’m so disappointed. Apparently they shut down the second lane but the vehicle infront of me went into the other lane so I followed. Waited about 6-7 minutes before they took our order. Then they took our order, she had no idea what drink I was ordering but what I was ordering was a drink they advise on their screens. After ordering for 4 minutes, I waited another 12 for my drinks and when she brought them out they were both wrong. I repeated the order to her ( a brew frost energy with cream and a Georgia peach green tea) she brought out two drinks that were once again not right and I already waited long enough I wasn’t waiting another 5 minutes for the drinks to be wrong again. Then my mother in law asked what was in the boo berry drink and she says “ I’m honestly not sure. I think it’s strawberry and something else?” How do you not know the drinks you are selling. I’m assuming this is why both times the drinks were wrong. The drink I ordered didn’t even have any cream in it and I don’t even know what they put in the tea. It’s the fact you’re paying $10 for 2 drinks and they aren’t made right so you tell them again what you ordered and they’re still wrong. I also understand mistakes happen but when I’m telling you what I ordered and you still get it wrong it’s ridiculous. I also understand the employees are probably new to working at 7brew and there’s a million different drink combinations, but I literally repeated it to the girl who was making the drinks and it was still wrong.
Drinks were wrong, service was awful they made it out like it was an issue I pulled into the second lane. If the second lane closes they should put a cone up and block it off. I highly suggest you keep it open thought because by the time I left they had a line wrapped around the building.
In the morning the girls are absolutely wonderful. They are super nice, I love chit chatting while waiting on my drinks to be done. I always bring my dogs through with me and they love my dogs and we love coming here!!! But I have learned my lesson to only go at my regular times.

I’ve been to a few 7 Brew locations, and this one is not very well ran. I understand just opening, but yikes. I ordered 2 Large energy’s, paid for 2 large energy’s and they bring them to me half full and stated “we are out of medium cups.” Okay, that’s great and all but I ordered larges. She took them back and it took over 10 minutes to fix with a huge line behind me. Brought back my 2 large correct drinks and two medium straws. I didn’t have the energy in me to even ask for a large straw because by that point it was just passed being frustrated . Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this location. Which is a total bummer because I love 7 Brew.
The girls were plesant however i asked for no ice in my iced coffee(because i like it cool not cold)so instead my drink was filled up the rest of the way with milk. An i was told next time that I'm going to be charged $1 for no ice. I never complain or leave negative reveiws but this annoyed me. I have years of experience working at different coffee shops and never have i heard of this. If a customer asked for no ice, we simply did not put ice in their drink and moved on. Never made a big deal about it....

I waited for my hot chocolate ( which in the end was very good!) for 35 minutes. At 16 minutes in I watched a customer in the next lane place an order and receive it in under 5 minutes. That lane moved steadily. 5 more cars were served in the other lane before my lane moved.
When I received my drink it was barely warm and needed remade. 3 minutes.
The worst part of this is that the girl who took my money did not apologize. Just merely said there are new people being trained.
People who waited this long should have been given free drinks or a coupon or an apology. (There was no way to get out of line as an option. )
Had I known I could go in to order I would have. Note to self: Never get in the outer lane even when directed to do so. Better yet, if there is a line, forget it!
