  This was my first time trying 7Brew and I had a really great experience the line moved very fast and the baristas were friendly, 10/10!! Also try the Mocha!

  The check out system is horrible. The lines are being Checked out out of order, and it takes twice as long as competitors to get your coffee. I spoke my frustration to the boy taking my order on 2/11 in the early morning, in a nice way, and he says I just work here. I said I am aware of that and am not yelling at you, maybe pass the information along to your manager so you guys stay in business. He says should I? In a confused way. SMH Coffee itself is great, but it’s just coffee. It shouldn’t take 20 plus minutes to get and then because you’re trapped in line you’re late for work or events. Hope this improves because there are plenty of coffee spots in Salem.

  Tried it for the first time. Staff was friendly. Product was good. But it took forever to get through the line (at least 15 min) with only 2 cars ahead of me. For that reason alone I'll probably never go back. I don't have that kind of time to wait for a hot coffee with cream and sugar

  I was visiting from out of state and it was my first time trying 7 brew so I didn’t know what to order. Timmy took his time and explained everything to me to make sure I would enjoy my coffee. Thank goodness he has patience because I had no idea what to get. He was very polite and overall he made my short wait a great experience.

  Food: 5/5, the coffee always tastes incredible and with such a wide variety of flavors to choose from. There hasn’t been a time I have gone and gotten the same thing twice. Service: 5/5 the service is absolutely incredible. It is mostly teenage girls and they are super friendly. You can tell they are having a great time I often look in the windows to see the workers giggling and smiling. Atmosphere: 5/5 always super clean, it just has a modern feel to it. I love how there’s an option for a walk up window. Sure the placement is questionable but we live in Salem, where else are we supposed to put it? Overall: 10/10 absolutely incredible and I recommend it to all my friends and family. Better vibe than any other coffee shop I have been to. It’s about time Salem gets something new and exciting.
