    Wow have left many before but just wow. Cantina crispy chicken tacos. Asked for lettuce n tomato NONE. Wife’s quesadilla was thinner than a pc of paper. They forgot my chips and cheese but whatever. Wife goes back 21min. 21 MIN FOR SOMEONE TO HAND HER a small bag of chips and 1/4 cup of cheese. Yep 1/4 cup of cheese. Good enough for 5 chips before I run out. Not to mention NOT busy and took 18 min to get food. Like come on Taco Bell. Used to love yins and a go to place. So upset especially the price of my meal for my 5 people family and the tiny quality it’s turned into. Hard to keep going back and this may push it over the edge.

    Today I dined in with 2 of my kids. Food was amazing. Besides the very little toppings on my 5 layer burrito. BUT why can this place have two separate thermostats??? The lobby is FREEZING! im a bigger lady so it takes alot to get me cold i was literally shivering the whole time I ate. Also the ladies that are working today 11-18 @ 1:30pm need to be told they are AMAZING!

    Ordered extra cheese on our tacos. Checked the food hardly any cheese. Checked receipt and yes paid for extra cheese. Said something to lady at the drive thru and was given an attitude. Showed the tacos and was told that was extra cheese. Then was given more attitude. I can not believe how customers are treated nowadays.
