Had an order to go, waited 20 min after the food was supposed to be ready, just for them to forget 4 items, went back, waited another 5 just for them to forget 2 things again and gave me the wrong food, went to the restroom and it was worse than a gas station in the middle of the desert. The food was stale and dry, and the place wasn't even full for them to be slow.

Kids weren't even impressed and that says a lot. ill never return to this establishment and maybe even the chain as a whole. Buffalo Wild Wings this was ridiculous.
