  I have been to a lot of Chipotle’s and this is by far the best one. Consistently clean counters and tables. Food is always fresh and up to what I assume the Chipotle standard is. Whoever manages this one should be used as an example for a lot of the subpar chipotles in Ohio.

  I am not usually one to complain about service because I have worked in the service industry before and can understand things get hectic and very stressful on top dealing with regular lives outside of work. However my husband and I went to Chipotle today and was very dissatisfied. I was trying to tell the lady my order she kept cutting me off wouldn’t let me finish what I was saying. When I was trying to order my sons food i was trying to tell her a quesadilla but couldn’t get the words out fast enough and when I corrected that I didn’t want a a taco she says “Well you should have said that in the first place, that’s why I asked you soft or hard shell.” It was very rude and off putting because if she would have just slowed down and let me speak I would have been able to say that. My husband didn’t even get to order chips and salsa because she was moving so fast and was already on to the next customer by then. Usually this Chipotle is amazing and I choose it over the Highlands but I don’t think I will be going back.

  We walked in at 11:36 AM, ordered two bowls, and were back in our car at 11:40. Fastest service I’ve ever experienced. Unmatched speed.

  Do not order online!!! 30 people walk through the line while I waited a half hour for an order placed online.

  Honestly a tiny bit underwhelming. The food wasn't bad by any means, but it wasn't very good either. I found the portions to be a little small and the food wasn't seasoned very well. The experience was just a little lackluster. The staff and service was nice, I have no complaints there as they were all friendly.
