- CRCamille RoskiDec 4, 20253.0This is the local Taco Bell in my home town My partner and I visited about a week ago, now, around 1am We very rarely eat Taco Bell but we were hungry and they were open We were sitting looking at the menu to figure out what we would like to eat The person taking the drive through orders asked us to pull around I was confused and started to then said we are still looking He then said that his ticket time is at 3 minutes, that his boss was complaining I told him I understand ticket times but we were still looking ( no one was behind us ) After another moment he was frustrated and told us that they have changed like one thing on their menu in the past month and was being pretty rude and pushy I, no longer wanting that person to serve me our food, told him we do not eat there often, to have a nice night, and drove away I found it incredibly rude to be so pushy to someone looking at the menu, especially when we were the only ones in the drive through Kind, helpful customer service is so important in every industry I find that person could have handled that situation much better We went back a few nights later to be met with a kind, helpful woman taking our order Thank you, ma'am :))
