  Frequently come here by far today has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I submitted a mobile order and when I attempted to check into the stall, I was at with my mobile order. It’s a technical difficulties. OK I press the service button. I waited for 20 minutes and still no response on the service button. My order says completed and picked up. It was never completed and picked up.

  Was my fist time there and I won’t return!! Went to drive thru was next in line , sat there speaking to the order machine with no response!! Saw the 3 cars behind me drive away ! I waited another minute then drove around to order inside. Found I had to use the machine outside ! Pushed the button then saw the drive thru line moving !?🤬 I arrived at 6:15pm left at 6:35pm !!! Wasted 20 minutes. Took my family to Culver’s never again. Someone could have at least spoke to us !! Left Disappointed ,hungry , and Angry !!

  My mom waited over 25 mins for 1 freaking slushie. Just one. Couldn't wait anymore so she left. This is not the first time its happened. Everytime she goes she waits over 25 mins. That is ridiculous! Very poor service!

  There is a Culver’s right across the street, go there instead. Please don’t go here unless you hate yourself! Undoubtedly my worst fast food experience of all time. Ordered through the app, and waited over 25minutes past when my order was supposed to be completed. All 3 of my burgers were made incorrectly. Everything felt lukewarm and/or melted. They apologized for the wait and told me there were coupons in the bag. There weren’t any, which was just the cherry on top. Only could see 4 employees in the building, it is definitely a problem with the owners of this location. Don’t go here unless you want to deal with the hassle of getting a refund or doing a chargeback!
