The next day I went back to go get it replaced And asked for Pam, the manager to please replace the single burger as well so I can eat with my husband. She denied that request, however. before I walked out, I looked in the bag and the chili was missing from this second salad again. So if I would’ve left went home seen that the chili was gone I would’ve had of came back and replaced the whole order again all I asked for Pam to do was to replace my husband‘s burger so he can eat with me. She denied the request and now we’ve got a second problem she was able to replace the chili right away, but still denied the request for the single burger. This makes me so upset. I had to waste gas to come to the other side of town for this mess up and no burger was allowed. Pam’s general/district manager should be made aware of this
