    There is a Culver’s right across the street, go there instead. Please don’t go here unless you hate yourself! Undoubtedly my worst fast food experience of all time. Ordered through the app, and waited over 25minutes past when my order was supposed to be completed. All 3 of my burgers were made incorrectly. Everything felt lukewarm and/or melted. They apologized for the wait and told me there were coupons in the bag. There weren’t any, which was just the cherry on top. Only could see 4 employees in the building, it is definitely a problem with the owners of this location. Don’t go here unless you want to deal with the hassle of getting a refund or doing a chargeback!

    Absolutely horrible! We made an online order while on our way from South Toledo to the restaurant in Rossford, when we completed it, their website said it would be ready in 5 minutes. When we arrived we followed the instructions, went to a stall, we chose stall 5, pressed the call button and waited for 12 minutes and was never answered. We then chose to go to the drive thru line, and still had to wait another 10 before the ordering board responded to a car 2 spots ahead of us. There is a number that we saw that we could call and we did but then it told us that nobody was available to answer and we had to leave a voicemail. We spent around 30 or so dollars with our online order and just chose to leave. We went across the street to Chick-fil-A and got our order within 5 minutes. We have requested a refund.

    Traveling down 75 stopped here for dinner. Pulled into the stall to order. Because we are driving didn't want to get out And go in anywhere. we were ask to come through the drive through. Coming into the driver-thu, we were informed. There would be no ice in our drinks. So I changed my mind and tried for milkshake strawberry, then I was informed. They had no strawberry for their milkshake. We ordered our food. Got a chili cheese, hot dog & a number five parked to eat our food. Everything was cold cheese was not melted hotdog looked like he had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Came back around through the drive through and asked for a refund for our dinner. Then, the manager informed us that she had no way of refunding our food, Because she didn't have the right credentials to do so. So about 8-10 later hot fresh food!. Whoever the general manager is of this store needs to get their act together.This is ridiculous ice machine, not working?... There's is a Meyer and a Kroger right there. Go buy couple bags ice. They were out of strawberry and tomatoes. According to the manager that took our order, "they were out of quite a few things, because the truck didn't come yet" All in all this place is a "do not stop here again on this trip."

    Is it possible to give negative stars? Ordered on the app….waited 20 minutes PAST the pick up time only to receive 3 sandwiches that were all made wrong, no fries and two drinks that were WARM and had no ice in them. Talked to manager and they could have cared less and basically just shrugged their shoulders and walked away from me. Worst experience ever and WILL NOT be back.
