    Bun for the chicken sandwich was hard as a rock, the burger was missing the tomato, and the sprite was flavorless. It took 15 minutes just to get a new soda. . Will not be returning.

    Pulled up to kiosk and hit the red button to order, but nobody attended for at least 10 minutes. Went to the drive through instead, only to wait another 10 minutes. I asked for ample amounts of ketchup and they didn’t give any. Upon asking for some after they handed me my bag, I was only given 4. Now for the food - my meal was dry because of the lack of ketchup given. The tater tots seemed old. The sauce on the smashburger was flavorless. My lime coke was too acidic and overpowering. I was forced to eat tums for dessert after this crummy experience. The worst part? I was so excited to eat Sonic after Black Friday shopping, only for my experience to shadow the day. I don’t plan on returning to this location any time soon.

    absolutely disgusting. ordered a shake and it was sour. the ice cream is expired or somthing and when i went to call it just went to voicemail. do not go here you will get food poisoning
