However today this evening when ordering my coffee I placed my order and noone told me what window to pull to and noone was standing in the 1st window. So I pulled all the way up to the second. If no one tells you what window to stop at and pay you don't know. So after ordering my coffee, I pulled up to the second window instead of the first and the girl was very rude to me. Rudely said, excuse me, can you pull back to the first window and pay?And I told her ohh no one told me what window stop at. And she said well its the 1st. Thanks after I had to put my car in reverse.

I ordered 2 drinks and only got one and I told them that I ordered two of them and these young ladies looked at me SOOOOO rudely. They were all so rude and so childish. I’m not ever going there again!!!

I think the past 4 years going I have only had 1 bad trip there but I get it everybody has their days!! Very kind workers and always neat and clean inside/outside the store! Food is alright would like for them to bring back the ham and cheese crescent sandwich . Usually get the 6 dollar meal and occasionally a donut or a couple dozen for work. Donuts always fresh and good. The Ice coffee is good when made correctly. There are times its not consistent and that's upsetting. Would of gave them 5 stars but today I got undercooked bacon and when I called the manager or male who answered was not helpful rather he was very condescending. Rude how about be a little more concerning and help your customers when they call with concerns. I literally go there 5 times a week and sometimes I stop on my way home for a ice coffee or a refresher. Why can I not add a picture????
