  We live about 5 minutes away. We ordered online. The order said it wouldn't be ready for 30 minutes so we went up there 30 minutes later they had no record of our order. They tried to make us repurchase it even though we had our online order. There's homeless people sleeping in the lobby. This place has fell off so hard. It's not even funny, just avoid it. I honestly don't know how they're still in business

  Disgusting. Ordered two frosties at the drive through and it looked like it was done then he walked away and brought them back one at a time. The cup was sticky and caps where half off. They just looked at us strange before they took them back as well. What did they do when I couldn't see the frosties. Why where they sooooo sticky and the caps not in properly?

  Horrible and absolutely terrible customer service from the drive through guy. I think his name is Justin. You'd know him because he's a bigger guy with glasses with an unkempt scruffy beard and he sounds like hes yelling into the speaker. Very poor customer service skills. After you're done ordering(and after he keeps saying "IS THAT IT???" which is also VERY rude), he'll just say "COME TO THE WINDOW". I don't how this franchise is training it's workers but its abysmal. No real greetings, just cold, lackluster and rude. I get working at a fast food place can be taxing and annoying. But you DO KNOW that you're dealing with the public and you should good to excellent customer service. I mean seriously, "come to the window"?? Where else am I going to go? The bathroom?

  Ordered at the drive thru. They didn’t have any salad!?I ordered a Wendy’s double with kechup and a grilled chicken. They gave me a double cheeseburger with lettuce tomato pickles and sauce. They didn’t give me my receipt so I can’t even complain.
