  I came at 2:50 Am on Saturday and this guy was playing around don’t want to take the order, just talking crazy, I’m not sure if he’s is drunk or what but i was worry about buying the food from this guy. Very bad customer service. Disgusting

  HORRIBLE!! Would not recommend to my dog let alone a human. I came here starving after a 13 hour nursing shift on 11/21/25 8pm. The drive through worker who took my order was rude. Got my food and went home . Opened bag and see my beefy nachos with jalapeño had NO jalapeño. It looked like slop. Drove all the way back, went in this time. Got to the register and the same drive through worker looks me up and down from across the store and says " can I help you "? In a nasty tone. I explain that I was here via drive through and the order was missing jalapeño and barely had meat. She says ok and walks away. Comes back with a bag and hands it to me. I say " should I throw this one out or do you want to take it to dispose of it" holding the first incorrect order. She looks at me confused and says " no ? There are no nachos in there just the jalapeño and meat", I say " what ? I can't eat this, it's 20 min old at this point cold and soggy at this point". She storms over, rips the bag off the counter rolls her eyes and goes back to the prep area. Another worker comes and hands me a bag. I say thank you and leave. Get to the car and open it . She dumped the meat and jalapeño in a new container and threw new chips in top . At this point I'm afraid to even go back in due to her doing something bad to my food . I'm so upset. I called to get her name and of course no one answered the phone . They ought to be fired. I take care of people all day and try to just eat and apparently I'm the problem . If a manger is reading this please reach out.

  Terrible service , waited almost 15 minutes to place an order , finally cleared my throat & was rudely asked to wait. Continued to wait then was asked to continue to wait & I commented I had been waiting. The woman said I was being rude, terrible! I finally pulled up to the window to see if there was a corporate number to call , the very rude woman was at the register, no people ahead of me. I then went to the North Olmsted store & got excellent and quick service. Based on the other terrible reviews we will never go to the Rocky River location again

  Just don't go here you'll thank me and regret it if you decide to chance it. The food is trash and never correct so make sure to check it before you leave. The employees are worse than the food if you can even believe that and I'm the most laid back person you could meet but even I got a bit upset dealing with them. Get ready to wait for no reason for your messed up order or more than likely just missing things. It's been a year since I went here last and it's only gotten worse.

  Just don’t. You will be less hungry by staying home and punching yourself in the face than you will going to this location. The employees, if they are there and feel like working, are quite literally cartoon people. I’m not even convinced they’re real. Incredibly rude and entitled staff that most the time just doesn’t feel like working… it’s just tacos yall lol
