  Worst experience, what is happening honestly the lady around lunch didn’t not even acknowledge me in the drive-through for at least seven minutes I parked my car. I went inside and ordered food while sitting there I was listening to two employees standing behind the desk making food swearing acting completely unprofessional in this atmosphere. It was almost embarrassing then acted like they didn’t even know that I was sitting there waiting for my order and put it under the DoorDash section and didn’t even greet me. I would fire them in a Heartbeat if they were my employees.

  The blonde woman at the window is EXTREMELY rude and miserable. She should not have a job working with the public what so ever. My total was 3 dollars and I gave her a 5 and she acted like she didn’t have change to give me back but I saw the drawer and she absolutely had change to give me. Went to hand her my money and she BARELY stuck her hand out the drive thru window and then wouldn’t move her arm farther to grab my money and expected me to reach to hand her my money rather than just grow up and take my money from me. Then shut the window with a bad attitude and when she handed me my bag she barely held it out the window and made me reach to grab it. Didn’t even eat my food cause with the attitude she had i wouldn’t be surprised if she did something to my food. And they had a piece of paper taped over the window so you couldn’t see in when the window was shut. Every time I go here she’s always there and extremely rude every time. I will never ever go to this location again. I don’t know who gave her a job and thinks that her behavior and attitude is acceptable but she is NOT a nice person at all.

  I have been coming here for a long time. Today I pulled right through the driveway thru without my order and completely unhappy, as I have had to do a few times lately. The attitude and tone of the employees taking orders. It’s January 7th 2025, I tried to place my order at 12:44 pm. The woman switched around the meats I wanted, assumed my order was done, and after I completed my order and had to ask her to delete the items she got wrong, she said anything else boss? Is this a joke? Why should I pay $20 for my food that she’s probably going to spit in because SHE can’t use an order screen. In the past, I’ve gotten orders where they say nothing to me other than, what can I get you. Don’t work here if you hate your life so much and treat the people paying for your product like we are inconveniencing you. It’s your job to take my order and get it right, and act like a decent human. I will just go to the Taco Bell by my house in westlake from now on. They’re way nicer there

  If I could give zero stars, I would. They really need to close this Taco Bell at night. And either put whoever on the night team on day team or just fire The overnight team. The overnight team is absolutely unprofessional. Swearing on the intercom. Getting high. Yelling at people on FaceTime While handing food to people and talking on the intercom. It’s like the manager wanted to hire the most unreliable and Incompetent people for this location. The wait times are unacceptable. Maybe it’s time for a new manager for this location because if you’re going to hire those kinds of people? Then you shouldn’t be in your possession. It is absolutely disgusting. There is no work ethic, customer service is not existent. How many one star reviews do you need until you start realizing that there’s something wrong with your employees?

  She was really curt. She didn’t greet me or acknowledge me. She wiped down the counters before she handed me my drinks (one didn’t have ice and the other barely had ice. Both were watered down and lukewarm) slammed the window and locked it. Yelled/sweared at another employee. Couple minutes later she handed me my food. Slammed window again. My order was incorrect, most of my sauces were forgotten. One of my tacos had came out of the wrapper and was on the bottom of the bag, my quesadilla barely had filling, my dippers were two different sizes, I was missing my nacho taco. She made me feel like I inconvenienced her and I just left with the mistakes.
