  A normal day ordered my Taco Bell. I got it. You know it took like 35 minutes for them to get my order they got it wrong. I had to go back and add a little bit of an attitude understand. So I was a little bit mad at the workers. I come back my orders wrong again and I say do y'all know how to make food back there? Do y'all know what's orders whose they look at me and the manager goes back into the room. He goes to the people making the food and I don't know. But he hands these people something. But I don't know what is. I don't care real that much. I get back. I have my Taco Bell then there's a cockroach in my food. And the worst thing is they got my drink wrong too. I asked for a large cup. They gave me a small cup and they got my drink wrong. I asked for a Coke. They gave me a diet Coke like I like diet Coke. But I like Coke more. Watch your days Taco Bell watch your days

  Terrible customer service! Luckily the name keeps the customers coming! Heads up- That only last so long!

  This place is the best Taco Bell around im from Point Pleasant Wv area we have a tacobell in town of point and in Galloplise ohio and this tacobell beats both of them our food was so fresh and the people was so nice I came here on Jan 14th 2026 around noon and whoever was warking there at that time needs a raise good job guys I will travel a hr away from my home anytime to this location to get tacobell for now on.

  Just stopped for a quick bite. Well it wasn't quick. Ordering with the kiosk seems to take much longer than when a cashier handles the task. The food was as expected. The atmosphere, not so much. The only other customers in the building were way too loud.
