Employees here are miserable and seem to hate their own lives, so they project their hatred towards themselves to you. I get working fast food can be tough, but smile for once, and not sound like a robots. McDonald employees have it worse, and they at least still have great customer service!

This is by far the rudest fast food restaurant in the area. I hate even patronizing, but it's the closest one to where I live. It's almost like they say, ok who is the rudest person here? Let's put them on the drive thru....They take your order fast to the point where it is rude, never a pleasant voice, they tell you to pull around without repeating your order or telling you the price, etc. It has always been like this which makes me think that there is a problem with management. Very poor customer service.
