  Order online and waited an hour and half to see the tracker was showing preparing. Tried calling the store and someone answered claiming to be the owner and inquired about the status of my pizza then he stated ill transfer you to the store. Waited 3 minutes on hold for them to disconnect. Tried calling and again and went straight to disconnected. Waited another 30 mins then find another number to call and they stated my ordered was canceled with no email or any updates on the apps. These places use to be awesome with the buffets and awesome food. Now they just suck. Close down if this is how you are. Just close until you get staffed or better business model.

  You have a bunch of employees that close the store at least 1 hour before closing time. . I went to this location 2 nites in a row on the weekend, they had all the lights off over 1 hour earlier than closing on the App. What kind of business would put up with this? No one is obviously watching what is going on here. You need to watch what is going on at the store bottom line your being ripped off.Also, if you saw the condition of the front of the Restaurant it’s Disgusting. Food on the floor& outside. What is going on? It’s a complete joke!!

  Ordered and food never showed up. 1.5 hours later we got a DoorDash message saying the order was cancelled... we ordered online not even using DoorDash. We called PizzaHut and the call was forwarded to a call center. This is a literal scam, do not order from them. In short, we had to call the credit card company to dispute the charge. They do not answer calls. Also, a few months back my mom brought our 6 year old son here to get a pizza. They were ignored the entire time they were there. Shut this place down ASAP.

  1) Order one pizza, one side, and one drink through Pizza Hut app. 2) Receive text that DoorDash driver will be delivering. 3) 30-40 minute estimated delivery ends up taking one hour. 4) Pizza is cold and nearly inedible. 5) Try calling this store that made the pizza. No answer. 6) Call DoorDash. Speak to human that says DoorDash will process full refund but they need to transfer me to Pizza Hut customer service. 7) Transfered to Pizza Hut customer service that has an automated message that says I need to call the local store for a refund. 8) Write this review as I'm on hold with main Pizza Hut line. 9) Never order from here ever again.

  Ordered a pizza just now and genuinely concerned to eat it after seeing the state of this Pizza Hut. It looked abandoned from the outside and absolutely filthy on the inside. Employee came out from the back to greet scrolling on his phone. I will not be ordering from this location again and would urge others to do the same.
