No money was refunded. Went to store got a refund for only the cost of wings. No apologies for my troubles. Pizza Hut do not want to talk to you unless you are spending money. You have to email them. I have emailed several time and still have not talked to anyone. Poor sevice. We order group meal for meetings, no more we will use someone else. Things happen but how you handle it after is key.
