- SSSanjeev SanthakumarApr 4, 20261.0Unfortunately I was very disappointed and had A very bad experience at this Papa John's Pizza 🍕 location. I went into the Pizza shop and placed an order and the cashier didn't even bother to tell me that there will be a long wait. On the other note I noticed that the workers were making people's Pizza orders with their bare hands and not using any gloves. In addition the appearance of the place was dirty and since I had a long wait I asked for a refund and the cashier refunded my money back to my account.

When I picked it up all the cheese I paid for wasn’t visible on the pizza. I inquired about the lack of cheese. The male who made the pizza identified himself as the manager who presented as rude and abrupt explaining he had put a cup and a half of cheese and was not going to make it over. He said the female working was just a driver. The male pizza maker staff person was observed to place the unwanted pizza on a shelf and he proceeded the return. My question is: when ordering and paying for extra items why is there no posted documentation that there are limits on how much cheese a consumer can request. The customer service was exceptional poor on behalf of the male worker. I would like a phone call from the Corporate office please. Respectfully
