  This is without a doubt the absolute worst mcdonalds in the city. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the one on 256 instead because this place is such trash. Came here only because the playplace is closed at the other one and waited 25 minutes for one happy meal that got to my kid absolutely stone cold... unfriendly miserable staff as well.

  I had a mobile order also a drive thru order due to the fact I had a paper coupon for the buy one get on free sandwiches. My order was taken after someone who pulled up in line 5 minutes after me. Then my order was shown on the other drive thru screen so I was not sure the 2nd order was correct. I reached the pick up window at 11: 30pmish. Give or take a few minutes. Issues with the amount the payment card was returned to us. Then was given a total for the 2nd order. Payment was given and the lady in a blue shirt took the card and proceeds to walk away. After a few seconds she comes back around to the window with the payment card and her phone in her hand and gives back the card. (They should never walk away from your sight with your credit card in their hand) Saying she did not charge us for the 2nd order because the credit card machine was down. I asked for receipts and was only give the one for the mobile order which do not have the correct checkout time on it. I do have photos of the time length that I was in line. I'm sure its recorded by the location as well. Once we got home which is less than 3 minutes away (on Manring ct.) our food was cold. After waiting 25 minutes u would think our food would be super hot. Not the case at all. I have video of us reheating the food in the oven once I got home. It was not even lukewarm. Even if I was in the house for 5 minutes my food should have some warmth to it. I will not be spending my money at this location ever again.... I may not even return to any of their locations. Poor service, food and just over all lacking in every area for this location. Really when they are super slow at this location and walked away with my credit card and returned with their phone in one hand and my card in the other.

  Disrespectful. The little girl that was taking drive thru orders was rude and lacked human decency. Got my order wrong and was hostile when told about the missing product. There was a hair half way into my fries and it was just an unfortunate encounter. I wouldn’t come to this location again

  Ordered a shamrock mcflury and a chocolate shake. They both were white and tasted like vanilla and when I ask for new ones because they both tasted like vanilla they said "that is just how they tastes". Fries were cooked in very old grease and were horrible. Would not recommend this location.

  This is by far one of the worst McDonald's there is. I go to this one because I live so close. Most if the time I go out of my way to go to a different one. Everytime I have a issue. Most of the issues are the people working there. I have gave my feedback almost everytime but today they didnt give me a receipt so im giving a review. The biggest problem is as a company you obviously dont care because nothing has ever been done that I can see. Its been the same poor service everytime.
