  It's McDonald's what can I say, the atmosphere is off anymore, the only thing I can really recommend is the steak and egg cheese bagel which is awesome.

  I’m an Uber Eats driver. Went in late to grab a couple orders. Anyways employees got hostile with me for literally no reason. Ended up refusing to give me my order then called the police on me. Gave me a wildly uncalled for trespass order. I don’t recommend this location solely due to the employee that work here. The while situation was escalated and even caused for no good reason at all.

  Avoid this establishment and their lack of customer service if you expect to be able to easily feed your family for under $60, for the two orders I had to place tonight, and with your sanity intact. They couldn't process my order due to me not "reading the fine print" on a mobile order deal and wanted to yell at me about how she works 3 jobs when I explained that I could not afford this amount to be taken from my account and still feed my children, instead of just providing a customer service number where I could resolve this situation if the pending charge did not get removed from my account. This was the only proof they gave me for my bank to resolve the pending charge. They told me my name and order number but couldn't give me the food I ALREADY paid for and then told me there was no order to give me and instead gave me a yelling match on a Sunday evening while I'm trying to feed my family. Edited to Add - Went to the Pickerington - Hill Rd location and got my order even cheaper and without the hassle, notably pretty good customer service actually.

  If I could give the service a negative 10 I would ordered with the app and 7 minutes after I gave my order still at the speaker. Shit happens but evrytime here and the rude disrespectful workers is insane. They are so confused who trains these people. Then tried tell me i need to pay when its a mobile order

  Just ordered through mcdonalds app for this location, how hard is it to check each bag to make sure everything that someone PAID FOR is in the bag. I PAID OVER $50 for food and did not receive EVERYTHING I ORDERED. More than 3 items missing. Its ridiculous
