Was told they "can't make changes at the window" rudely and that I'd have to pull back around (which would involve pulling back into the street at this location). I'm not sure why they couldn't just change the burgers to meals cost wise and add fries and drinks since literally nobody was behind me but 🤷🏼♀️.

I used a coupon and the girl at the register asked me what it was.I told her she should read it.It was for $2.00 off for completing the online survey. SHE SHOWED it to the young man and he told her he would show her how to know if the coupon was legit. I said I would wait for fresh hot fries .When my order was ready it was wrong and my fries were not fresh up.I was told they were hot enough. WHAT A RUDE JERK!!!! I EXPLAINED I DIDN'T COME FOR AN ARGUMENT, Just Lunch!!!!.Never again, Glad my boyfriend wasn't with me,but if he were the little rude fella would have probably done his job.
