  For the ten of us it took an hour to serve us food and none of it was even the right order. One of my friends order only a frosty and it took 30 minutes for it to be served. Please go somewhere else

  Every Evening between 7pm and 9pm constantly out of Bake Potatoes, and tonight went thru an the Wana be Mgr spoke to me like a dog, when I asked why have they been out every night, said this is the first time, I said no i have been thru every night this week and they have been out, this kid refused to give me General Mgr. Number, said he ran everything, this location is Franchised, and the whole time the young girls standing at the window were all laughing, he was trying to play the big man. Have never in all my life been so discusseded at how there customer service is. I am definitely reporting this to Corporate as they still have to follow franchise guidelines.

  I normally go to this Wendy’s because it close to where I live and the food is good but gonna stop going just cause of the service last night on February 13th 2026 a little after 10pm est. went with my girl to order and went into the drive thru. Placed an order then paid like normal when it came time for the food we was missing one the very first order that was for our daughter. The employee taking the order missed it but she looked new cause I’ve never seen her before so I can understand mistakes are made. The supervisor or manager in charges comes to the window instead of trying to resolve the situation and provide customer service she comes with a nasty attitude. I said if the order was missed that’s fine just put in the order and I’ll pay for it and she proceeds to say she can’t correct the order and that I can’t place the order cause they are busy and have a line, I offer to go in and just place the order in person and was told that’s not an option and we get dismissed. At that point my girl and I get upset cause we are not gonna go home with no food for our daughter we legit had to go around and place another order just to get what should have been done on the first order. With management like that I’ll just go elsewhere I’m sure many are getting terrible service and will do the same. For any that want Wendy’s I’d suggest going to a different one

  I wish I could give them 0 stars, the worst Wendy’s in the city, customer service is terrible, old lady who works the window always has a attitude, they be so worried about the drive-through timer that cars be on top of each other, besides the timer letting yall know that yall suck traffic all the way to main let’s people know, they all need to take a class on how to treat the paying customers and stop being worried about a timer at the window
