Very friendly employees. Nice to have teens that actually talked instead of just doing there job. Ask how we where doing if we where doing anything fun for the day. Was refreshing.

We tried to use the Subway app to order delivery. Said it would be ready in 15minutes. Then it switches to being ready at 3am after they are closed. We tried to cancel it in app, call customer service, call the store. No answer. We stopped by the store to see what could be done about canceling this order. The worker called their boss. Who said it was a hassel to get into the system and asked if we wanted a refund or food. We took food. We asked if they needed us to do anything else so that we dont get a delivery for food in the morning. They said no. But just incase we left our order number, phone number and name. You know in case they needed anything. Thought it was done, but then we got an email that our delivery order was canceled. Weird. Then we get a text from the owner calling us scammers, and telling us not to order from their again. Accusing us of doing this before. Instead of calling us and asking if we could stop by and pay for the order that got cancled. I wouldnt of minded going down and paying it back. But after being rude nope. I will not go to this store again, and told my wife to not order from Subway app again.

Almost everytime I order on the app and pick up my food my sub is not toasted like it should be. I’ll even ask if they toasted one and they say they did but it’s not.
I am pregnant and cannot eat cold deli slices, it’s not safe for the baby. I am sick of them putting my baby’s health at risk. Luckily I catch it and will either heat it up at home or have them do it if I check before leaving the drive through. But it’s frustrating that they lie about it.
