- KGKylie GreenJan 4, 20261.0Almost everytime I order on the app and pick up my food my sub is not toasted like it should be. I’ll even ask if they toasted one and they say they did but it’s not. I am pregnant and cannot eat cold deli slices, it’s not safe for the baby. I am sick of them putting my baby’s health at risk. Luckily I catch it and will either heat it up at home or have them do it if I check before leaving the drive through. But it’s frustrating that they lie about it.

We tried customer service and it just gave us to an AI and it didn’t even give us a recommendation for a refund. I just said submit feedback and that was it. I would never recommend this place.

I used to work there years ok the owner had way better employees even after i left i continued to order & they were good but now the customer service the taste of the food , the simple mistakes & they catch attitude i mean seriously! I have to consume the food I PAY FOR THEM TO MAKE why have an attitude because i changed my mind didn’t want a replacement just give me my money & I’ll go else where if my car wasn’t getting fixed i would have never dealt with them ! Just pitiful!!!
