Call in to the store to speak with a manager to tell her the crust was very thin and not up to the standard also it wasn’t extra extra cheese on the pizza as we ordered. She says well we are using fresh dough are truck didn’t come today so we had to drive to another state to get dough smh then said there is cup they use to measure cheese so we can’t go over that measurement well what am I paying for extra cheese for you won’t give me extra cheese. Overall just a terrible experience and I won’t be ordering from this papa John’s any longer as this is the second time something like this has happened.

Absolutely no communication. We could of went to the store and got a frozen pizza, come home, made it and still have time to spare faster than this store. Never ordering from this store again.
