I went through the drive through and the first issue was I asked for no ice , he gave me my drink with ice and immediately closed the window then walked away . I waited blowed my horn . No one came to the window. I just got home my sons fries are cold and the nuggets are stale .

Explained one option for me very well and when I got to the window itself seemed to be in great spirits and happy chatting w a co worker working nearby. I encouraged him to keep that energy at work you should enjoy yourself and work congruently as often as humanly possible. He was well spoken and respectful ❣️
- SSSky (Sky)Nov 3, 20251.0The cashier didnt listen to my order fully i asked for a number 9 which was the meal he only put me down for a sandwich so when I got to the next window an told them that my order wasn't correct the lady at the window looked at me crazy an then called for her manager he came an looked at me crazy then asked me do I have a receipt when I told him the cashier didnt hand me one he went to print one off to argue with me on what I initially ordered then charged me $3.68 just to give me my initial order there attitude wasn't good I highly recommend for people go to a different location

I’ve already complained to corporate. The staff’s response was rude and embarrassing — how could I have a code if I hadn’t paid? I won’t be returning.

I went to the Whitehall location-- drive thru, around 11am-- used my receipt coupon...took survey and received 2 sandwiches at the price for one...both sandwiches were fresh and hot, but the fish sandwich was tasteless...Big Mac was delicious...but its gotten more expensive-- i noticed few days ago my cup of coffee...well, the cup is smaller...anyway..I enjoyed my sandwiches
