I make an online order to pick up at curveside. Waited for 30 min and went inside; they denied I even make an order and laughed at me. Worst manager and management, they pretend like bunch of goose. When they finally realize I actually have an order, I walk out because I can’t stand near them.

This is consistently the fastest location I have been to, food is always fresh and they always get my order right. Like I am always so surprised that I am never in the drive thru for more than maybe 5 minutes total.

Passed through town on a business trip at around 8:30 PM on 10/26/2025. Stopped at this location and oh boy did I regret it. First, I wait nearly a half hour for a ten piece nugget, a McChicken and a couple of cookies. Then when the food it brought to me, I am told there are no cookies and will be no refunds. So I call numerous times to try to speak to a manager and no one answers the phone? My food was cold, I was robbed of the money I spent on the cookies and then I was completely ignored. This was a disgusting and embarrassing experience that I absolutely will be reporting to corporate
