  I was so excited to see that a new Einsteins opened up in my neck of the woods. Their bagels are so delicious. I took my twin toddlers in for brunch and they were PACKED. The staff was very friendly and noticed that I was struggling with the two boys in the packed place. They ended up bringing the food out to me instead of just calling my name. The manager who brought the food out to me was very friendly and asked if there was anything I needed. My boys had their cinnamon muffins and they gobbled it up quickly. I tried the cheddar hash brown bagel and it was really good! Once the store cleared out, we got bagels to go, which were also delicious. Friendly staff, great food, overall great experience!

  Food taste great but I should have checked my order before I left to go. The bagel was as flat as a pancake and they forget my cream cheese. I didn't notice until I got home and I didn't have time to go back.

  Today was my SECOND attempt at getting me and my son a maple house bagel before I take him to school. I arrived at opening twice to be told the maple house bagels are not ready and would be a 30 minute wait. Literally the second time in the same month. This is unacceptable and I will never come back. Do better! Do not recommend this location. Terrible!

  There's not enough sitting in the place. The floor was sticky. The employees looked sad and overwhelmed. When I went there the one server dropped something and hurt herself and was cursing. I felt bad for her. But no one and I mean no one looked happy there. I got the brisket bagel and it was barely meat on it the cheese was over melted. The Carmel cold coffee was good. And my daughter got the chorizo bagel she said it was decent. I felt like they were skimmy with the meat. I wouldn't be interested in going back. It's nothing to rave over.

  I really want to give this a higher rating because the one time I had their bagels they were incredibly tasty but I got them through a friend and did not realize that if I wanted to order them on my own it was going to be a huge hassle. The app does not work in any form, their web page says that you can order online but you cannot and finally nowhere is it listed the price of anything so if you want any information you need to go into the restaurant. As somebody dealing with terrible pregnancy symptoms and other health issues small things like ordering online and just being able to check prices means a lot. It's actually kind of shocking how terrible the app and web page for this company are too, it's definitely apparent that their web designer was the lowest bidder. The bagels are great though, so if they can ever fix those issues I'd be more than happy to change my review.
