  I visit this location quite often. Today I had interactions with Ashley. She was very pleasant and upbeat. Her vibe was awesome. You ever had one of them days and than you encounter a stranger for a brief moment and the short convo just makes you smile. Thats how today was. Thanks Ash!

  Called to order and spoke with an AI over the phone. The AI screwed up my order, but the staff were quick to remake my pizza. It looked and tasted great! Thanks!

  Terrible customer service. Me and a guy had been waiting in line for several minutes while the Donatos worker was taking a man’s order in the store. It took a long time but me and the other guy were very patient and weren’t complaining. We both placed our orders ahead of time and was just there to pick up. All of a sudden a guy walks in cuts all of us (he was not a delivery driver he just didn’t want to wait in line). He says his name and she gives him his order after we were already in line patiently waiting for several minutes. When I asked her why he was able to be helped when we had been here already she said he has a pick up order and I told her me and the other guy have pick up orders as well and she just shrugged her shoulder and said oh well. I asked for a refund and placed my order again at the Pickerington location. It’s the customer service rep job to tell the guy that there’s a line and people are in front of him none of that was done and she had a terrible attitude. I will never return to this location.
