  I honestly don’t know what’s happening to this chipotle over the past few weeks. It has steadily gone downhill. From the countertop looking like a war zone that the employees can’t take two seconds to wipe down, two significant portion size is gone down, to instead of grabbing another six pan with new ingredients they give you the scraps of what’s left over which isn’t very much what happened to this place

  Location, location, location!! I had given up on Chipotle with the pathetic meals from the Chipotle on Tussing near Brice Road. Until recently a Friend told me they go to this Chipotle. We decided to try it. I got excited before even setting a foot inside the door. The parking lot was full and I could see through the windows there was a line. A long line. My excitement grew. I walked in and saw every associate inside working in harmony and cranking out the food!! Waiting in the line I watched as every ingredient was refilled with fresh as the individual containers were being emptied to build burritos! Again, a great, welcomed sight! When it came my turn to build our meals we ordered two burrito bowls. Instead of the skimpy helpings from the other Chipotle’s the servings were amply satisfying. Another fantastic sign. I love guacamole on my burrito and the final ingredient was a generous portion of guacamole! Some fresh lime to squeeze on the burritos and we were ready for a delicious meal that did not disappoint! I apologize for not getting the name of the Manager working alongside his staff. Yes, he was right in there shoulder to shoulder with the crew serving up meals!! Rare these days at other Chipotle’s but NOT at this one! I’ll be back. Thank you for restoring my faith in a dining experience I love. ❤️

  Down right filthy, staff mostly just stand around, i went in to pick up an online order and stood in there for at least 10 mins before anyone even asked what I'd like and during this time NOT one customer was rang out. The dining room was filthy, obviously all the staff is to good to clean but not to good to expect a paycheck, food was barely warm. Will NOT go hack...bi bi bop has a new customer.

  I’m not normally one to do reviews like this. But it’s really sad to see that my favorite chipotle has just gone downhill. The last time I stopped here about a month ago, it seemed like the night shift really struggles with cleaning up after themselves. I decided not to eat at the location cause not only were they out of stuff, but it just looked awful. Food anll over the counters, containers piled up from their outs. Attempted to give them a second chance tonight showed up at about 7:35 PM and the location has It’s doors locked. Associates at the counter stared at the door instead of coming to open or anything. The door does show that you guys are supposed to be open till 11 PM. I also tried to call in to speak with somebody just to find out why the location was closed for them to not answer the phone either. Really is disappointing to see how this location has turned out because you have a night crew who just doesn’t know how to prep things properly and have things readily available for the customers so they have to shut down early. I will be finding a new location if I decide to continue eating chipotle at all.

  This chipotle is consistently out of food options every time I show up. I’ve given it a few chances and they will often be out of multiple items, including both rices, both beans, chips, staples to what makes the meal a meal. If prone to allergies, this is definitely not the place to go to get a meal. The hygiene in cleanliness of the counters is extremely unacceptable as many individuals with allergies may have extreme cross-contamination due to the cleanliness of the counters as they leave multiple food products on the counters and then drag materials throughout the conveyor line. Even cleanliness of the drink/silverware station was very subpar. I have given this location multiple chances and I will now go out of my way to go to other chipotle‘s.
