  This location is constantly out of food no matter what time of day you go; the staff look miserable and aren’t engaging at all. I usually treat myself to Chipotle 1-2 times a week. Every single time I go….there is something out. Seriously how do you run out of both chickens at 4pm? Mind you nothing is on the grill. Nonetheless I continue to go hoping for a better experience. So tonight I go in…no chicken, maybe a half scoop of brown rice, no fajitas, and the two on the line are bickering. I look over and the cook is just chillin’. No fajitas or chicken on the grill. And no one seemed to give a damn. I manage a kitchen and sometimes I feel like people don’t understand the service industry when leaving reviews but yeah y’all deserve only one star.

  Horrible experience, Messy all over, Rude staff- I asked for a Burrito bowl and she proceeded with adding rice on my bowl and totally discarded my request to add a tortilla in the bowl. Please get to hiring ASAP i understand short staffed but holyyy, with how much people love chipotle… id go to other locations if i were you!

  It's 10pm...First they didn't have fajitas since 7pm apparently...then I ask for a double scoop of chicken and get 1.5...i call the red haired braided girl out on it and she said they only have 1 pan for the night...excuse me? So you give me 1.5 scoops and will charge me for 2?! I also asked for light rice and she was heavy handed with it ... MANAGEMENT TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE AND TELL THEM TO STOP BEING LAZY...IF THEY ARE, FIRE THEM!

  All ways have to wait for meat they never prep anything.its always a wait for something. They don't chop shit up look at these peppers. Lol crazy!
