  Potato wedges where great. It took a long time to get our food for the amount of people that was in dining area. Over all i would return and recommend.

  Food was overcooked and dry… I asked for extra wet and got home to barely sauced chicken… this place went down !! I will never come here again .. I had to throw it away

  Let me start by saying we go to this location frequently. However not ONE.SINGLE.TIME has my sauce order been correct. We order sauces on the side so we can try things. If I order Caribbean Jerk, it's *never* been included without me asking. It's so consistently wrong that I have gotten DoorDash refunds for "missing items" on every single DD order. And this is true even when dining in. Tonight, I dipped in to what was supposed to be Jerk and it was Blazin'. My wife, who ordered Mango Habanero, got two Thai Curry for some reason. It doesn't seem like this should be a difficult thing for a wings place, but apparently it is. They used to put little stickers on the sauce cups but not anymore. I will say, our waiter/bartender tonight (Logan) was friendly and attentive despite being pulled in different directions by several tables. He did a great job, so my dings for service are on the kitchen for getting it wrong repeatedly and not on his performance at all. Logan was great and helpful to get it resolved.

  I order from this bw3 3 to 4 time a week. Usually I order 20 to 40 wings each visit. I ordered my food to be ready by 7-7:10 but was late, getting there arriving at 7:45. Upon arrival, no one was at the register. By the time someone came out, two other people were waiting. The young lady went to the back for at least 3 minutes, preparing orders for now 3 people. I ask the manager Tommy to get my food but the youg lay bring out everyone's food and lastly mine. I opened my wings to count them because as I told Taye the GM, the always short me. This time they gave me 7 BBQ and 9 desert heat. I opened the containers and asked the lady for thr rest of my food. The manager Tommy came out immediately telling me the lady felt disrespected because I asked for my wings. He continued to talk over me then said he wasn't there so he didn't know. I tried to tell him I only asked for my wings, and he turned to another customer. The customer told him to turn back and talk to me because I was a customer and he never listened to what I was telling him. He was rude, unprofessional and I will NEVER order from this restaurant as long as Tommy works there. He treated my 60 or old self like a little girl and I will not stop reporting him until he has been dealt with. Tay you know me, this was unacceptable!

  The hostess was super helpful and respectful, aside from her everything about my experience was terrible. I scheduled an online order for pickup at 6:20, when I arrived there was a line of 20+ people waiting for to go orders, after waiting 20 minutes without anyone (other than the hostess) speaking to any of us another customer had mentioned her order was at 5:20 and she was still waiting. In an attempt to cancel my order and get a refund the person I’m assuming is the manager told me in a super rude and disrespectful tone that he can’t tell me even a ball park on when my meal would be ready and I can’t cancel thru them I have to call corporate who only is open m-f to get a refund. I will never be eating at a bww again and I hope no one else is as dumb as me to try and schedule a to go order hours in advance from this dump.
