  I don't usually make reviews but today was terrible I came in early afternoon today with my friend to order breakfast like I normally do. It was very busy and I understand that. The manager I'm assuming the old big lady with long brown hair and glasses was very rude and is always irritated when i come in. I also understand if she was just having a bad day but there's a time and a place. Hope that gets resolved!

  I have been coming here since they opened. I come here every morning between six and seven. The employees always have a smile on their face, My order is always accurate And always tastes amazing. If you don’t want a lot of cream cheese on your bagel and you want it evenly put it on this side so that you can do it yourself! I love coming here. I enjoy that they know my name and they greet Us when we walk in the door. Working in the food service is very complicated sometimes and hard, but I give them a five star on everything they do! Even the packaging is perfect 🫶🏼

  I never leave reviews but felt compelled to leave one for this restaurant because of what I experienced today. I've been to other Einstein Bros locations and have never had a bad experience. Today was my first time visiting this location. Let me start off by saying I only ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and it was good. It also came out quickly. The employee who rang up my order was very, very sweet. However, there was another employee, the one who made my food, who began yelling at her for a receipt she had thrown away in the trash. It had to do with something about it needing to be voided so shouldn't have been thrown in the garbage. I'm not sure if this was her manager or her coworker, but she was berating this young woman in front of a customer for a mistake. This is an unacceptable way to speak to a coworker whether she's the manager or not, ESPECIALLY IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER. It was embarrassing for me, so I'm sure this woman was also very embarrassed. Another employee stepped in to defend the young woman, and the arguing and yelling continued between them. To the young woman who checked me out, I am so sorry you had to deal with that today and I apologize for not saying something; I was too dumbfounded and embarrassed to form words for what I witnessed you experience. To the woman who was yelling at the young woman - DO BETTER. I have been in management overseeing employees and would have never opened my mouth to speak to them that way, and would have never allowed another coworker to speak to someone that way. To the owner - this was very unprofessional to witness and you may want to address this before another customer has to experience this.

  I enjoy coming to this bagel shop it is always busy but I don’t mind having to wait in line, the staff are always welcoming and the food is fresh and delicious.
