After 12mins in the drive thru that has 3 cars, they tell me theyre out of coke zero. They asked would like something else, I said no. They asked if I want a refund. What an insane question. Why would I want you to keep my money without giving me the thing im paying for? It's clear this chicfila os going with the profit first economy of scale model, not a customer service focused one. Essentially meaning, they prefer low wage incompetence and poor customer experience as long as their bottom line is going up. Its. Its a shame, this was a decent place once.
