  Terrible from the start , lady at the bar barley acknowledge us the entire time we were there , waiting 25 minutes for food to come Out cold and barley sauces just to take 2 bites into bad chicken wasn’t offered a refill on drinks or to compensate for the incorrect cook and temp of chicken. Manager walked around the entire time didn’t ask about how service was or even offered to fix the issue.

  My husband and I went in to try a few items because we have not had anything from Buffalo wild wings ever. We went in with high hopes which were quickly diminished. My husband ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo add lettuce and tomato and I ordered a 10-piece wing with buffalo sauce and honey BBQ sauce on the side. We waited about 20 minutes for our order. The cashier who took our order seemed disinterested in doing her job. Upon receiving our order I inspected everything and going into my wings I counted what I thought was a 10-piece and there were only nine wings. I proceeded to stand to catch someone's attention to come out and see what my issue was and I stood there for 7 minutes before I had to call the carryout counter in order to get her attention to come out to see what my issue was. I then received my 10th wing. Upon getting home and starting to eat the food my wings were over fried and extremely dry and my husband's chicken sandwich was dry as well And also sat on a bed of what looked like old lettuce that was starting to turn brown and for a side of fries it was a very small amount. I am not sure if the cook was having a bad day or if the staff who assisted us was having a bad day but the service was not what was expected and the food was not what we anticipated so I seriously doubt that we will ever come to this location again.

  Never come here for dinner unless you want to wait over 1.5 hrs for your dinner and when asked you are told burgers take longer to make then wings. But yet you put your order in before the big party behind you and the small party next to you and both got burgers in their group. Mind you we was seated at a dirty table, but a waitress did come wipe down one side for us, we just had to ask for the other side to get cleaned too.

  We have done pickup and delivery from this store several times. This time we ordered $85 worth of food to be delivered and after an hour and 15 mins of waiting and our delivery time being pushed back over and over the store cancelled our order with no reason. Don’t waste your time.

  UPDATE AS OF APRIL 1, 2026 All food and sauces were returned to the store on 3/14/2026. $88.45 was spent. I was told my refund had been processed yet have not seen a dime of my money back! This place is a scam and has literally stolen $88 from me. I have always loved this location, but after tonight I will never be back. I placed a pickup order at 6:44pm and spent $88.45. My children and their friend were very excited. 7:10 I received my order and excitedly returned home. I opened the wings to find each box of wings had sauce squirted around, barely covering the wings. 7:26 I was in my car and on the phone with a very kind woman. She stated she was putting the order in to be remade. I arrived within 5 minutes and expected to sit for 10-15 minutes. Over 40 minutes later I had no food. After 8:15 I received my order. I was so grateful and certain everything would be wonderful that I told the manager not to worry about calling me. We all got our food, sat down and immediately all 6 of us were chewing on these wings like they were dog treats. We made the terrible mistake of trying to eat the celery! If it wasn’t bad enough the wings were grossly overcooked, dry and hard; the celery literally filled our mouths with the taste of soap. Everyone had the same reaction. Everyone ran to a sink to wash the pungent taste of soap from their mouths. I put the food back into the containers, bagged it up and drove back. 3 trips with my 2 youngest children. $88.45! The manager, Deavonte is an absolute sweetheart. While he attempted to refund my money, he stated he was unable to do so. He assured my refund will be processed tomorrow. I returned everything and truly hope I get my money back. The front of house staff is wonderful. The girl packing the food was such a sweetheart. The kitchen? Clearly a detriment to this establishment. Celery that was marinated in soap? Wings with hardly any sauce drizzled on a couple of wings? Wings so dry, hard and overcooked they were inedible? Even the fries were dry! I have never experienced anything so disgusting before at any restaurant. I am currently fighting to not throw up. A fun movie night with my children on my ONE day off? RUINED. I didn’t get home until after 9pm! 7:10pm I picked my original order up. To add? The 3 times I was there? All I seen was the poor manager assisting complaints and also observed food being brought back. One man was outside furious about her undercooked food. I want to make it very clear. I do NOT want a credit as I will never eat here again. You couldn’t pay me $1,000 to eat here again. If I do not receive my $88.45 back for the entire order I returned I will be beyond livid. I promised my children wings, a movie and quality time with me. They ended up with reheated leftover pasta. My younger children didn’t even get to watch the movie. This wasn’t just dinner. This was an entire evening DESTROYED.
