At 10:19 PM, my fiancée was told the store was "closed for maintenance until morning" while she watched two employees just sitting at a table in the lobby. The system still took her money for an order she never received. When I called to resolve the issue, an employee named Daniel was incredibly snippy and gave me a massive attitude. This is not the first or even the third time this has happened. It is a blatant pattern of employees avoiding work while on the clock. I am done giving this location chances.

There was piss all over the toilet seat, and the toilet was so full I didn't dare try to flush it. I went out and asked a crew member, and she was fantastic! Her name was Nora, and she and Scotty got right on it and took care of business. They were so friendly. I wish they worked at my local McDonald's! I also spoke with Patti, the manager, who was also great. I did buy food, because I don't like just going in for the bathroom, no matter a restaurant or a gas station... I'll buy something. After I got my food, there were a could of apple pies that I didn't order! Again, such nice people!
